I am Raunak Kapoor, a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Architect with over a decade of experience architecting, implementing, and optimizing enterprise IT Operations Management solutions. I have deep expertise in Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and platform integrations, ensuring accurate infrastructure visibility and operational efficiency.

My work includes architecting end-to-end ServiceNow ITOM solutions, configuring and maintaining MID Servers (Windows/Linux), deploying and managing Agent Client Collector (ACC), integrating CyberArk for secure credential management, and implementing SSH, SNMP, and WMI protocols for secure and accurate asset discovery.     • Implementing and maintaining the ServiceNow ITOM platform, including its various components such as Event Management, Performance Analytics, and Discovery.
