I am Raunak Kapoor, a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Administrator with a decade of experience in the field. Currently working with Cognizant Technology Solutions in Bangalore, India, I have extensive knowledge and expertise in supporting and administering ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and reporting services. With a strong understanding of various technologies and ITIL processes, I am capable of managing incidents, creating test cases, providing training, and developing scripts. I have also been recognized for my exceptional performance and dedication, being awarded as the Star Performer of the Year multiple times at my previous company.     • Implementing and maintaining the ServiceNow ITOM platform, including its various components such as Event Management, Performance Analytics, and Discovery.
    • Configuring and customizing the platform to meet specific business needs and requirements.
